Supervision that supports the therapist in you…
A space for reflection, not perfection
I offer IFS supervision for Psychologists and mental health practitioners online, across Australia. This is a safe, spacious, and reflective space - a place where all parts of you as a therapist are welcome. My approach is grounded in curiosity rather than critique, and in the belief that showing up authentically strengthens both your clinical work and your own sense of Self.
This is supervision that invites exploration - not just of client work, but of your internal responses, vulnerabilities, and wisdom. It’s a space to reconnect with your clarity, compassion, and confidence.
I’m also a Psychology Board Approved (PBA) supervisor and bring experience in private practice, inpatient mental health, group therapy including DBT and mens specific groups.
What IFS supervision with me looks like
A non-judgmental, relational space grounded in compassion. I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) supervision for psychologists integrating parts work and trauma-informed embodied practices:
Support to bring IFS or body oriented approach into your practice
Support to explore therapist parts without fear of criticism
Supervision that centres reflective practice, not pathology
A space to sit with the stuck, the subtle, and the systemic
Guidance informed by IFS, DBT, and mind–body approaches
Open to discussion of clinical, personal, or cultural dynamics
You’re invited to show up fully - therapist parts, vulnerable parts, unsure parts - without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore clinical questions, relational dynamics, and your own internal experience in a way that’s both containing and empowering.
My supervision style is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in curiosity.y supports you to be with your clients in a non-pathologising, attuned, and relational way - one that honours the complexity of the human experience, rather than reducing it to symptoms or labels.
